✅ What is Dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where the seller does not keep products in stock. Instead, the seller forwards customer orders and shipping details to a supplier, who then ships the products directly to the end customer.

Step 1: Customer Places an Order on Your Store

A customer visits your e-commerce store (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) and places an order.
The customer pays you the retail price you set.
🛍️ You earn the profit margin between your selling price and the supplier's price.

Step 2: You Forward the Order to Us (the Supplier)

You share the order details with us, including:
Product (SKU / color / size)
Quantity
Customer’s shipping address and contact information
This can be done manually (Excel, WhatsApp, email) or through automated tools/API if integrated.

Step 3: We Pick, Inspect, and Pack the Product

Our warehouse team picks the ordered product from stock.
The product is inspected to ensure it meets quality standards.
Packaging is done according to your preferences:
Neutral packaging (no branding)
Custom packaging or logo (if required)
Invoice-free shipping to protect your brand

Step 4: Shipment Arranged & Picked Up by Courier

We arrange for the package to be picked up by the designated courier (e.g., DHL, UPS, local post, or custom line).
Shipping options and timing depend on the destination and service selected.
If express or tracked shipping is chosen, we’ll provide the tracking number once shipped.

Step 5: Tracking & Delivery to the End Customer

The tracking number is updated and sent to you.
You can share the tracking info with your customer for transparency.
Our logistics team monitors the shipping status and can assist with any issues (lost/delayed shipments, etc.).

Step 6: After-Sales Support (If Needed)

We assist in resolving any issues such as:
Product not received
Damaged item
Return/replacement (based on policy)
